Who we are BYMS Group LLC operates byms.net, including its shop for individual stocked clothing. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@byms.net.

Shopping, accounts and support When you place an order, sign in or contact us, we process the information needed to provide those services. This may include your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, product selections, order history, transaction details and messages you send us. Our account area supports sign-in; purchases can be made as a guest.

We use order and contact information to process purchases, arrange delivery, provide order updates and support, and handle returns, refunds and disputes. Technical information needed to operate the website and protect checkout may also be processed by our hosting and payment services.

Payments The shop is configured to offer WooPayments and PayPal, including supported card and digital-wallet options. Relevant purchase, billing and transaction information is passed to the payment provider used at checkout to process and support the payment, prevent fraud and handle refunds. Shipping Shipping calculations use destination and parcel information. We use USPS Simple Shipping for WooCommerce; its rate requests use the plugin provider's rate service. When an order is fulfilled, delivery information needed to carry the parcel is provided to the selected shipping service and carrier. Available destinations and services are those shown at checkout.

Cookies and website operation WordPress and WooCommerce use functional cookies and session identifiers to support sign-in, shopping carts and checkout. Payment providers may also use cookies or similar technologies to support payments and fraud prevention. You can control cookies through your browser, although blocking them may affect sign-in or shopping features.

Website analytics The website uses Gauges for usage measurement. An ordinary page load sends page URL, referrer, page title, browser/user-agent and display-size information to secure.gaug.es. We do not describe this measurement as anonymous or cookie-free.

Antwon site guide and third-party assets Antwon answers questions by matching them locally in your browser and reading public BYMS pages and catalog information. Its current implementation keeps up to20chat entries in browser session storage to restore the conversation in that tab. The guide code does not send your message text to an external AI service. The character renderer loads Three.js assets from jsDelivr. Browser session storage and third-party asset requests are separate from your store account and order records.

Access and retention The store owner and authorized administrators can access information needed to manage the store and provide support. Relevant information is also processed by service providers supporting hosting, payments, shipping and order communications. We keep information for the purposes for which it is needed, including completing orders, support, business records and resolving disputes. No fixed deletion interval is promised here.

Requests and other websites Email contact@byms.net to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify that a request concerns your information. Some records may need to be retained for applicable accounting, security or other requirements. Links to Discord, social media and other websites are governed by those services' own privacy practices.
